Overview
Laneway Studio is the marketing and guest site for a Surry Hills studio apartment. I built it for my partner's short-term rental — public pages for discovery, a passworded digital guest guide, neighbourhood explore content, and a direct-booking enquiry path alongside Airbnb.
My role
Design, build, deploy, and ops: email workers, Places sync, SEO, and Airbnb reviews sync.

Outcomes
- Live custom domain with guest guide and neighbourhood explore
- ~31 curated venues; 10 public URLs indexed shortly after launch
- Direct booking with Airbnb CTA and enquiry form; reviews carousel pipeline
